Our experience with Window World of Binghamton has been great. They replaced most of the windows in the house ten years ago and, based on how satisfied we were with how those replacement windows functioned, we then replaced the remaining windows seven years ago. Better yet, the follow up service, on the only two times we've need it, has been quick, responsive and frictionless! The woman who runs the office is very knowledgeable and customer-focused, and Casy Ward, who made a recent service call, solved our problem efficiently and professionally. We are very happy that we chose Window World of Binghamton over the myriad of other local sellers of replacement windows.
