Yes! We would definitely recommend window world. From the first time we met with the sales Rep many years ago to just recently having to use the window warranty, we were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. As I was doing my Fall time clean up on our windows, I noticed there was something between the glass that looked dirty. I called window world and asked them if anything could be done and right then the Rep ordered new windows. I was thrilled. Then as soon as the new windows came in, we received a phone call to install the new ones and we didnt have to wait weeks for the installation of the new windows. We were very impressed and very happy to have bought our new windows from Window World!!

A big shout out to Bruce and DJ they worked great together very efficient, great team work. They showed up a little ahead of schedule and they called to let us they were on their way. Then installed nine windows. They even cleaned up where they made messes. We also worked with Jason who was are sales representative. He was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend Window World.

Purchased a side entry door from Window World. The sales experience was painless and we chose a full glass insulated door. The installation team were very friendly and professional with a great sense of humor. Was expecting an all day effort but this team knocked out the project in less than 2 hours. We are looking for a main entry door replacement in 2026 and will definitely choose Window World. Special thanks to the installers DJ and Bruce who worked in the cold weather to get our door installed.
