Window world came and replaced two front picture windows and a sliding glass door. The two men who came were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They cleaned up everything and explained how to use all of the functions on the windows and doors. I would highly recommend.

We are very happy with the entire process. We had 3 double hung windows with full tempered glass replaced. We ordered the windows in June. William was a pleasure to work with, answering all of our questions and giving us a good deal. The windows were replaced in July. The guys were both knowledgeable and pleasant. The specialty exterior trim matches perfect with the existing trim. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up when finished. We are pleased with the quality of windows and would recommend Window World Binghamton.

I had a house full of windows installed about 4 years ago. The installation and quality of windows was great.
One of my crank windows recently broke and wouldn't close so I called their service line and a tech was scheduled to come within the week. Casey Ward showed up within the timeframe allotted (He even came after 5:30 to accommodate my work schedule). He knew we were in a hurry to go to dinner and literally disassembled the crank window, fixed the problem, and put it all back together within 20 minutes! He even appreciated my bad jokes! Excellent service was given!
