We purchased 25 series 2000solarzone windows from Window World of Binghamton. Our installation was completed by Brett & Ridge and our salesman was Bill Corbett. The customer service from start to finish was top notch. Every window was measured and the new windows made to order in PA! The windows were installed in about a half a day and the outside trim completed in approximately the same amount of time. Brett & Ridge were very careful, taking all necessary steps to protect the interior of our home during install as well as the exterior when wrapping. We also appreciated that the company didn’t charge a single cent until the job was completed.

I have had all of my windows and 2 doors replaced by Window World. what a great investment! My house is much more comfortable now. Casey Ward, who installed my last door, was wonderful! He even finished up on a Sunday! Such a pleasure to deal with him and Window World.

Had 18 windows installed last year about this time and 3 exterior doors this past week. The products are affordable, high quality, and backed by a great warranty. A few of the windows lost the gas seal between panes, but I called Window World and they had replacements ordered, delivered, and installed within a few weeks—no hassle at all. Every interaction, from sales to installation to the service technician, has been excellent. Highly recommend!

The crew did an excellent job of installing both windows and a door and storm door. The guys were professional--they arrived on time and worked steadily for the time they were here. It was a tricky job because my house is old and not square, but Bruce solved the problems and left me with a beautiful front door and lovely windows. I highly recommend Window World.

I finally got the last 2 of my windows replaced. I love that fact that you dont have to do them all at once and free financing is definitely a plus! way more weather efficient and they look great. Bruce and Dj cleaned everything up before they left. A+ experience dealing with every aspect with them
