During the installation he made sure to keep the work area clean. He continually consulted me on possible options for the install. Everything was very easy about our getting our two new doors installed. Starting with the selection process, we were given several options for doors based on our budget and style choices. The installation was also great. The installers were courteous and professional and managed to install both our new Craftsman style front door and our sliding rear door in under four hours. Definitely would recommend Window World of Binghamton!

I chose WindowWorld for my window replacement as they replaced windows in my previous home and I was very pleased then. Bruce and Darren replaced 12 windows at my new home on January 13, 2026. They arrived on time, and immediately got to work. Both men were very respectful to me and of my property throughout the installation process. They were very meticulous with the finish work around the interior and exterior of all windows, including wrapping all windows. I am very happy with my windows and the great installation they did!

I had Window World come out to give me an estimate after having Comfort Windows come here, i wasn’t very pleased with Comfort so that’s when i reached out for advice and they got recommended, from the beginning Bill has been amazing! He came and gave me a quote , didn’t push me to make a decision same day like Comfort did , i reached back out to him when i was ready to make the decision to just do it. I’ve reached out to him on several different occasions just for clarification and questions, he always answered right away! We had Window World of Binghamton install a sliding glass door and a slider window in our kitchen. We chose white vinyl trim for both. Our installers were Bruce and DJ. They did a great job and we absolutely love the door and window. Not only do they look beautiful on the inside the trim on the outside is also beautiful. They are so much warmer than our previous ones. We did notice a small tear in the window screen after they left. We called the installers and the store. They apologized for not catching it while they were here. They sent someone out to rescreen the window within a reasonable time frame. They did a great job. Our only regret is that we didn't have them install them years ago.

My installers were on time, very polite and professional. They worked quickly and left my home cleaner than when they got here. They installed 17 windows with a crew of 2! After all the windows were in, they got to work sealing them and then wrapping them all. They didn't want us to have to wait for the job to be finished (as scheduled), so they asked if they could come back the next day to take care of it. They were again on time, and got right to work.
we are very happy with the job they did, from start to finish.
